The company is equipped with a professional production management team, and the management of the incoming cycle, production cycle, and delivery date of auxiliary materials is strict. Through the self-developed ERP management system, it can efficiently ensure that the delivery task is completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.
After the surface accessories are put into the warehouse at the factory, the factory has special personnel to carry out inventory and verification, and use them after checking the incoming material list and material card. Before the formal production, first check the cardboard, shrinkage test, color difference inspection, make a pre-production sample for customer confirmation, and then seal the sample for storage. The ironing and inspection of the semi-finished products of the production line, and the quality inspection of the finished products before leaving the factory are all strictly implemented to ensure that the bulk samples are randomly selected from the bulk samples. After confirmation by the customer, the shipping package is completed and the finished product is delivered to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements.
